The fall conference is held annually at one of the seven work colleges and brings together staff and selected students for three days of professional development and networking

The 2011 Annual Fall Conference "Leaders and Ethics in the Workplace" was held at Ecclesia College. The educational portion of the event included a session on leadership presented by Dr. Steve Henderson, followed by a panel discussion. Attendees enjoyed the opportunity to meet one another and share information about their work programs. By all accounts, the highlight of the Fall Conference was the service project in which the group volunteered as buddies for the Miracle League, which conducts baseball games for children with disabilities.
